Prevents liquids, smudges, finger prints and dust from adhering to the lens surface, eliminating potential visual distortion and reduced optical performance. The specially formunlated hydrophobic/oleophobic shell is chemically bonded to the lens surface similar to the clear coat found on most modern automobile finishes.
