The quality of all Live Eyewear products is reiterated by our lifetime warranty. Unlike the majority of sunglasses, we do not build them so they will break and need to be replaced. We build them to last. Our lenses are stronger and more scratch resistant than any other fit over sunglass in the world. We continue to improve our products, but our warranty will never change…it's for life!

REPLACEMENT AND REPAIRS:
 
Live Eyewear will repair or replace, at our option, any Live Eyewear product found to be defective, exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. The lifetime warranty applies to the frames only, not the lenses. The lenses are guaranteed to be free from manufacturers defect and remain scratch resistant for a period of one year from original date of purchase, exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. No lens is scratch proof, but Cocoons lenses are warranted to be scratch resistant for a period of one year after original date of purchase.  Live Eyewear,  at  our  discretion,  replace or  repair  any
lens(es) damaged or defective under normal use.  Any alteration or modification of the original product will void the warranty.
 
If you encounter a defect, we recommend returning the Cocoons to where you bought them and requesting that the authorized dealer replace them. If the dealer will replace them, we will reimburse the dealer. If your dealer does not offer replacements and advises you to contact the manufacturer, please note the below;

All repairs will be completed within 10 days of receipt and returned via registered mail. Products returned to Live Eyewear during the warranty period, must be accompanied by the following:

- Original proof of purchase: A dated copy of the original sales receipt with your returned Live Eyewear
- A check for $6.95 to cover shipping and handling
- A brief note detailing the problem and how the product broke.
- Include your name, phone number and address in the event that we need to contact you.
